Yes! For all W2 employees, AllWork becomes the legal employer on paper, handling payroll, taxes, benefits, and compliance, while you maintain day-to-day oversight of your team.

Yes! AllWork also offers Agent of Record (AOR) services. As an AOR, AllWork supports your 1099 independent contractors by handling onboarding, tax documentation, compliance checks, and payments. This ensures your contractor workforce is properly classified and compliant, while you maintain full control over their day-to-day work.

Managers and flexible workers access AllWork using our mobile and desktop apps. The free mobile app is available on iOS and Android. Managers can schedule shifts, communicate with flexible workers, manage budgets, approve timesheets and expenses, and more. Flexible workers can accept bookings, submit timesheets, receive notifications, upload images, and have their attendance accurately confirmed by GPS.
