AllWork Named to Human Cloud’s 2026 Market Map for Flexible Workforce Solutions

Human Cloud has released its 2026 Market Map—a one-page guide to the flexible workforce industry—and AllWork is excited to be included as a top employer of record (EOR) solution.

Matthew Mottola, Human Cloud’s CEO, describes the map as a “visual framework to understand and quantify the top five percent of solutions in each segment.” The team started with more than 3,000 flexible talent solutions and narrowed them down to the ones they think leaders should know about.

This year’s map sorts the whole industry into two groups: sourcing solutions that help you find talent, like talent platforms and marketplaces, and scaling solutions that help you manage and pay that talent as you grow, like EORs and FMSes. AllWork sits in the scaling half as an EOR.

In his post about the release, Matt explains that the scaling side of the map is crowded but growing fast, and that specialization is what separates the solutions that are doing well. He points out that some EORs are broad and general, while others focus on a specific industry. He named AllWork as a specialized EOR for retail that has since grown into other industries—namely, life sciences, healthcare, and professional services.

Tony Buffum, Human Cloud’s Chief Strategy Officer, puts it this way: “The relationship between employers and talent is changing rapidly. Organizations need to understand this market to keep up.”

And we think the Market Map is a good place to start! You can download a copy for free here and use it to compare vendors, drop into a deck for leadership, or just get a clearer view of the landscape.

Last year, AllWork’s CEO, Glenn Laumeister, joined Matt on the Human Cloud Podcast to discuss how enterprises are transforming the way they onboard, manage, and pay their contingent workforces. You can check out the episode here.
