AllWork is committed to responsible email practices and does not tolerate spam or abusive email practices. This policy applies to email communications sent by AllWork and by third parties sending email on AllWork’s behalf.
AllWork does not advertise or promote allworknow.com, or any other AllWork domain or web property, through unsolicited bulk email. We do not authorize, engage, or pay any third party to do so on our behalf. AllWork’s business-to-business outreach is targeted rather than bulk, is sent from identified AllWork sending domains, and does not embed promotional links. Cold outreach carries a working reply address rather than a URL. Any message advertising an AllWork domain that does not meet these conditions is not authorized by AllWork, and we ask that it be reported to us at abuse@allworknow.com.
For the purposes of this policy, “spam” means unsolicited bulk email: mass, untargeted messaging; messages with forged or misleading sender information or subject lines; messages sent to addresses that were harvested or scraped; and messages sent to a recipient after that recipient has asked to stop. AllWork sends business-to-business outreach to business contacts at business addresses, with accurate sender identification and a working opt-out on every message. We do not send unsolicited bulk email.
AllWork uses email to communicate with clients, prospects, partners, event attendees, and other business contacts.
We are committed to ensuring that our email practices are transparent, relevant, and respectful of recipients. AllWork does not knowingly send deceptive, fraudulent, or abusive email.
AllWork prohibits:
Sending email to harvested email addresses
Using email lists obtained through unlawful or deceptive means
Sending deceptive or misleading email content or subject lines
Falsifying or concealing sender information
Continuing to send marketing communications to recipients who have opted out
Using AllWork domains, systems, or services for spam, phishing, malware, fraud, or other abusive activity
These requirements also apply to vendors, contractors, affiliates, and other third parties sending email on behalf of AllWork.
AllWork takes reasonable measures to maintain the quality of its email lists and contact data. We maintain suppression records for recipients who have requested not to receive marketing communications. Suppressed contacts are not intentionally re-added to marketing campaigns unless they subsequently request or otherwise affirmatively consent to receiving those communications where applicable.
AllWork does not knowingly purchase or use lists containing harvested email addresses.
Every AllWork outreach message identifies the sender and provides a working reply address. A recipient can opt out by replying once; no reason, form, account, or login is required, and we never charge a fee or ask for information beyond the email address itself.
Opt-out requests are processed within three business days, and in all cases within the ten business days required by the CAN-SPAM Act. Suppression is permanent and applies across every AllWork sending domain, list, and campaign, not only the campaign the message came from. AllWork does not rotate or change sending domains in order to reach a suppressed contact or to avoid complaints.
Opting out of marketing communications does not prevent AllWork from sending necessary transactional, account, security, billing, or service-related communications.
AllWork builds its business contact data from publicly available business information and from licensed commercial data providers. We do not harvest or scrape email addresses from websites, and we do not knowingly purchase or use lists containing harvested addresses. If you would like to know how your business contact information reached us, or would like it corrected or deleted, write to abuse@allworknow.com or support@allworknow.com.
All AllWork sending domains publish SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records. We do not forge, conceal, or misrepresent sender or routing information, and we do not permit unrelated third parties to send mail on AllWork domains. AllWork does not use tracking pixels or open tracking in cold outreach.
AllWork may use third-party service providers to assist with email delivery, sales outreach, marketing, and other communications. Any provider sending email on behalf of AllWork is expected to comply with this Anti-Spam Policy and all applicable email and privacy laws. AllWork reserves the right to suspend or terminate relationships with providers that engage in abusive or non-compliant email practices.
We take complaints regarding unwanted or abusive email seriously.
If you believe you have received spam or another inappropriate email associated with AllWork or an AllWork domain, please contact us at:
Email: abuse@allworknow.com
Please include the email address that received the message and, when possible, a copy of the email, including its headers.
We monitor abuse@allworknow.com and respond to substantiated reports within two business days. We will also cooperate with mailbox providers, blocklist operators, and abuse desks investigating mail associated with an AllWork domain.
AllWork’s email practices are designed to comply with the laws applicable to the recipients we contact, including the CAN-SPAM Act (United States), Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), the UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR), the EU General Data Protection Regulation, and Australia’s Spam Act 2003. We review our sending practices, suppression records, and third-party providers periodically.
Where a vendor, contractor, or other third party sending on AllWork’s behalf is found to have violated this policy, AllWork will require immediate correction and may suspend or terminate the relationship.
